5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
When you schedule an appointment through our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to provider illness, emergencies, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
6. Payments and Insurance
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and insurance.
We work with many insurance providers. However, insurance coverage varies by plan and provider. You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage, including deductibles, co-pays, and any services not covered by your plan. You will be responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.
A valid payment method is required to process payment for your treatments. You shall provide RegenLife Centers with accurate and complete billing information.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RegenLife Centers and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
